High Capacity Stacker

Problem

Solutions

Paper delivered to the high capacity stacker is curled, causing it to not align properly.

Paper is curled.

  • When the paper is curled downward, select [AdjustzzzCurl: Weak] or [AdjustzzzCurl: Strong] under [Adjust Paper Curl] in Adjustment Settings for Operators.

  • When the paper is curled upward, select [AdjustzzzCurl: Weak] or [AdjustzzzCurl: Strong] under [Adjust Paper Curl] in Adjustment Settings for Operators.

Output paper to the stacker tray does not align properly.

When using coated paper, the output paper to the stacker tray might fail to align properly.

Select [AdjustzzzCurl: Weak] or [AdjustzzzCurl: Strong] under [Adjust Paper Curl] in Adjustment Settings for Operators.

Output paper to the stacker tray does not align properly.

When the paper weight is 280.0 g/m2 or more, and the paper size is A3, SRA3 or larger, the output paper to the stacker tray might fail to align properly.

Select [AdjustzzzCurl: Weak] or [AdjustzzzCurl: Strong] under [Adjust Paper Curl] in Adjustment Settings for Operators.
