Orientation

Set the paper orientation.

The following table shows the tabs or menus where you can select this function.

Windows 2000 / XP / Vista, Windows Server

2003 / 2003 R2 / 2008

[Orientation:] on [Basic] tab in the Printing Preferences dialog box.

Mac OS

[Orientation:] on the [Page Attributes] tab in the Page Setup dialog box.

Mac OS X

[Orientation:] in the Page Setup dialog box.

You can select the following items:

If you are using a Mac OS or Mac OS X, click to select the button that means “Landscape” or “Portrait”.
Under Mac OS, "Rotated Landscape" cannot be selected.
