Reduce/Enlarge

Specify a scaling mode to reduce or enlarge the print size of documents.

The following table shows the tabs or menus where you can select this function.

Windows 2000 / XP / Vista, Windows Server

2003 / 2003 R2 / 2008

[Reduce/Enlarge] on [Basic] tab in the Printing Preferences dialog box.

You can select the following items:

Full Size

Print document in its original magnification.

Scale

Print document by scaling with a specified magnification ratio.

Scale To Fit

Print document by scaling to fit on a specified paper size.
