Pages per Sheet/ Booklet
Use this function to specify the number of pages to be printed on a single sheet of paper. Under the Windows operating system, you can also specify booklet printings.
The following table shows where you can select this function.

[Pages per Sheet:] is displayed on the [Edit] menu in the [Printing Preferences] dialog box. If you want to specify booklet printings, select [Booklet] in the [Pages per Sheet:] list. |
Mac OS X |
[Pages per Sheet:] is displayed on [Layout] in the print dialog box. The booklet printing is not available. |
