Windows Server 2008 R2

This section describes the procedure under Windows Server 2008 R2.

On the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel].
Click [Hardware].
Click [Devices and Printers].
Click [Add a printer].
Follow the instructions in Add Printer Wizard.
Specify a port.

Available ports vary according to your Windows operating system or the type of interface. For details, see "Confirming the Connection Method", Printer Reference.
The PCL6 printer driver is installed in the language of your operating system.
