About Enhanced Locked Print NX

• Users log in to ELP NX using one of two methods: When authentication is not set (disabled) on the printer, users enter the ID and password specified for each job in the printer driver; when authentication is set (enabled), users enter the login user name and password pre-specified in the printer driver.

• For security, only jobs related to the logged-in user appear on the display panel. This prevents unauthorized users accessing and printing other user's jobs.

• ELP NX is a printing application that allows users to securely send print jobs from a computer to a network-connected printer. This application also allows users to send print jobs stored on the printer to another device.

• ELP NX is installed in the printer itself, and compresses, encrypts, and stores documents securely in the printer.

• Up to 500 print jobs for each user can be stored on the local hard disk of the printer.

• The maximum page count per job is 9999.
