When Printing on Envelopes Frequently
The printer can be configured not to display an error message when the envelope lever is lowered.
When [Do not Display] is selected, the position of the envelope lever will not be reported by an error message or alarm light.
Press the [Menu] key.
Press the [
] or [
] key to select [Maintenance], and then press the [OK] key.
Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [General Settings], and then press the [OK] key.
Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Envelope Lever Alert], and then press the [OK] key.
Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Display] or [Do not Display], and then press the [OK] key.
About two seconds later, the display returns to the [Maintenance] menu.
Press the [Menu] key.
The display returns to the initial screen.
