Pages per Sheet Layout

Use this function to specify the layout when printing multiple pages onto a single sheet of paper.

The following table shows the tabs or menus where you can select this function.

Windows 2000 / XP / Vista, Windows Server

2003 / 2003 R2 / 2008

[Pages per Sheet Layout] on [Finishing] tab in the Printing Preferences dialog box.

Mac OS

[Layout Direction:] on [Layout] in the print dialog box.

Mac OS X
