Unlocking the Keys

Use this procedure to unlock the control panel keys.

  1. Press the key you want to unlock.

    The following message appears:

    Panel Locked        
    Cannot use          

  2. Simultaneously hold the [Down arrow key], [Escape], and [#Enter] keys down for 3 seconds, and then [#Enter] key.

    The following message appears:

    Press # to          
    unlock              

  3. Press the [#Enter] key.

    The following message appears:

    Panel Unlocked      
     

    The initial screen appears.
