The following is an overview of the settings that are available on the [Edit] tab, [Finishing], [Cover/Slip Sheet], and [Misc.] tabs.
[Edit] tab
Layout/Poster/Imposition
Speed
Double
You can use an imposition setting to reduce print costs by trimming the printed sheets into several pages.
[Finishing] tab
You can enable/disable collate, staple, punch, and fold function.
Collate
When printing multiple sets of documents such as handouts for meetings, you can have prints delivered in batches of ordered sets.
Staple
With an optional finisher installed, sets can be stapled individually when printing multiple sets.
Punch
With an optional finisher and punch unit installed, holes can be punched into printed outputs.
Fold
With an optional multi-folding unit installed, output can be folded.
[Cover/Slip Sheet] tab
You can enable/disable the collate function.
Cover sheet/ Back Cover
Using this function, you can insert cover sheet/ back cover sheet fed from a different tray to that of the main paper, and print on them.
Chaptering
The specified page is printed on the same side as the first page, like a book.
Slip sheet
A slip sheet can be inserted between each page.
[Misc.] tab
You can change various settings for spool printing and other print options.
Spool printing
The print job is transmitted to the machine and temporarily stored when printing.
