Restoring Address Book Data

Follow the procedure below to restore previously saved address book data to the printer.

1Log on to Web Image Monitor in the administrator mode.

For details about logging in, see “Monitoring and Configuring the Printer”.

2Click [Address Book].

3Click [Maintenance].

4Click [Restore].

5Select the file you want to restore.

The address data currently on the printer will be overwritten by the backed-up data. Also, user counters will be reset.
