Paper Misfeed Message (W)

The "W Open mailbox and remove the paper." error message appears when a paper misfeed occurs in the paper feed section of the mailbox.

  1. Open the cover on the right side of the mailbox carefully.

  2. Remove misfed paper slowly.

  3. Close the cover on the right side of the mailbox carefully.
