本節說明本印表機的印表機驅動程式。
您可從此機器隨附的光碟中，或從供應商網站下載，來安裝 PCL 印表機驅動程式 (PCL 5c 與 PCL 6)、RPCS 印表機驅動程式與 Adobe PostScript 印表機驅動程式。如果您的作業系統是 Windows XP Pro x64/ Vista x64、Windows Server 2003/2003 R2 x64，您必須從供應商網站下載印表機驅動程式。選擇此機器與正在使用的作業系統，然後下載它們。
若要進行列印，必須在您的作業系統中安裝印表機驅動程式。下列驅動程式包含在標有「Printer Drivers and Utilities」的光碟中。

PCL 印表機驅動程式

此印表機驅動程式可讓電腦透過印表機語言與印表機進行通訊。除了傳統的使用者介面，另外也提供預先設定的使用者介面。
Adobe PostScript 印表機驅動程式和 PPD 檔案
Adobe PostScript 印表機驅動程式可讓電腦透過印表機語言與印表機進行通訊。PPD 檔案允許印表機驅動程式啟用特定的印表機功能。必須要有 PostScript 3 單元才能使用這些驅動程式。

某些應用程式可能需要安裝 PCL 5c 印表機驅動程式。在這種情況下，您可安裝 PCL 5c 而不必安裝 PCL 6。
