Icons Displayed on the Screen

: You can select this by pressing the [Image Density] key. This setting is useful for scanning newspaper print and other images on grayish backgrounds.

: The machine can feed paper from Tray 1.

: The machine can feed paper from Tray 2 (optional). This icon appears only if the optional Paper Feed Unit TK1020 is attached.

: The machine can feed paper from the bypass tray. This icon appears only if the optional Multi Bypass Tray Type BY1000 is attached.

: print cartridge is almost empty.

: print cartridge is empty.

: This appears if you have set [Tray Paper Setting] to [Custom].

: This appears when the machine is sending Scan to E-Mail or Scan to FTP data.
