Procedure

Using the machine's IP address or host name as the command line argument, launch telnet.

%telnet (machine's IP address or host name)

Enter the password.

The default password is “password”.

Enter the number of the setting you want to specify.

Specify the settings.

If you change a setting, a confirmation message appears. To apply the new setting, enter “Y” or “y”. To cancel the new setting, enter “N” or “n”.

To quit specifying settings, enter “9”.

Quit telnet.

msh> logout
