Specifying the Line Type

Select the line type to which the machine is connected. There are two types: tone and pulse dial.

• Push

• Dial

  This function is not available in some regions.

The default setting is “Push”.

You can select the public switched telephone network (PSTN) or a private branch exchange (PABX).

• PSTN

• PABX

  Using the number keys, enter the code to obtain an outside line. You can enter up to four digits.

The default setting is “PSTN”.
