Icons Displayed on the Screen

: You can select this by pressing the [Image Density] key. This setting is useful for scanning newspaper print and other images on grayish backgrounds.

: The machine can feed paper from Tray 2 (optional). This icon appears only if the optional Paper Feed Unit TK1020 is attached.

: The machine can feed paper from the bypass tray. This icon appears only if the optional Multi Bypass Tray Type BY1000 is attached.

: Print cartridge is almost empty.

: Print cartridge is empty.

: You have set [Tray Paper Setting] to [Custom].

: You can enter a fax number.

: The machine is calling the destination.

: The machine is responding to a call.

: The machine is responding to a call.

: The machine is sending a fax.

: The machine is sending or receiving an Internet fax or sending Scan to E-Mail or Scan to FTP data.
