Cancel a print job before the printer starts to make a master

1Double-click the printer icon on the Windows taskbar.

A window appears, showing all the print jobs that are currently queuing to be printed. Check the current status of the job you want to cancel.

2Select the name of the job you want to cancel.

3On the [Document] menu, click [Cancel].

You can also open the print job queue window by double-clicking the printer icon in the [Printer] window.

4A confirmation message appears, and then press [Yes].

Note

  • If you cannot cancel the print job on the computer, you can cancel it by pressing the [Job Reset] key on the machine if no master has been produced yet (if >>> indicator is not flashing).
