The applied output mode when Output Mode Switch Timer is enabled

If you specify a different output mode for the settings configured for receiving all documents (basic settings on the machine) or for a specific period or line (Output Mode Switch Timer), the settings which have priority differ depending on the type of output mode. For details, see the following table:

If the machine receives a fax, IP-Fax, or Internet Fax

If the following functions are specified when Output Mode Switch Timer is enabled, basic settings on the machine are enabled, not the settings of "Output Mode" in "Output Mode Switch Timer".

Routing documents to addresses registered in Personal Boxes
Routing e-mail received via SMTP
Routing received documents to specified lines
Forwarding

If the machine receives an e-mail by Mail to Print or is set to automatically print reports

If reports or lists are to be printed automatically, they are also output according to the "Output Mode" setting.

If the machine is set to manually print reports and lists or documents sent using the LAN-Fax Driver, all documents are printed regardless of the settings specified on "Output Mode Switch Timer".
