Changing the Timing for Prompting Users to Prepare Replacement Supplies

The machine displays a message prompting the user to prepare a replacement print cartridge or maintenance kit.

This section describes how to change the timing when the machine displays the message.

  1. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

  2. Press [Maintenance].

  3. Press [Print Cartridge / Maintenance Kit].

  4. Specify the timing.

    To notify sooner, press [Notify Sooner]. To notify later, press [Notify Later].

  5. Press [OK].

  6. Press [Exit] twice.
