Installing the File Format Converter

This section describes how to install the file format converter.

Check the contents of the package.
Turn off the main power switch, and then unplug the machine's power cord from the wall outlet.
Loosen two screws and remove the cover of the slot in which the file format converter is installed.
Fully insert the file format converter.
Tighten two screws to secure the file format converter.
Check the file format converter is connected firmly to the board slot.

You can confirm that the file format converter was installed correctly by checking the User Tools menu. Make sure [Capture Server IPv4 Address] appears under [File Transfer] in [System Settings].
If the board was not installed properly, repeat the procedure from step 3. If it cannot be installed correctly even after reattempting installation, contact your sales or service representative.
