1) Supported

- None

2) Fixed

- Handle leak and memory leak.

- Driver files are unnecessarily downloaded from the point and print server every time a job is submitted by a Vista SP1 point and print client. This results in slow printing and possibly causes the spool service to stop.

- The characters in the window of Enter User Code are garbled. (This problem is known to affect Traditional Chinese, Chinese and Korean drivers.)

- Colored backgrounds printed in black if all of the following conditions are met:

- Colored backgrounds might print partly in white. This is known to affect MS Excel 2007 jobs printed at a resolution of 1200.

- Printing might fail due to the user not having write permission for
%SystemRoot%\TEMP.

- The driver allows illegal characters in the PJL JOB NAME.

- If the Brightness and Contrast settings are changed from the defaults, the color of printed images might be printed lighter than expected. This is known to affect MS Word 2002 and 2003.

- The submission of a large number of jobs will eventually shutdown the application.

- Shifted text in jobs submitted by Adobe Acrobat 8.0. This did not affect jobs using "Print as image" or "Change methods to extract TrueType fonts".

- Various bugs affecting the use of the driver in a Terminal Services environment.

- White characters in a black background might print as black characters with no background.

- Images that have been reduced in size using an MS-Office application (and possibly other applications) produce a spool that is unnecessarily big.

- After a driver is upgraded, some of the driver's Printing Preferences will be different than they were before the upgrade. This only occurred if the Printing Preferences were accessed from within an application.

- Added CAT (Catalog) files which were released from Microsoft (WHQL).

Version 7.60

1) Supported: - Microsoft Windows Vista 32bit; - Cluster Server environment; - Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 environment
2) Fixed: - An extra blank page is added to the end of duplex jobs with an odd number of pages. This blank page is counted by the printer page counter. If a Watermark is applied to the job, it will be printed on the added blank page. This only affects jobs that are spooled in EMF.; - 32bit images will not be printed or will be printed with color distortion.; - A minor compatibility issue with Windows Terminal Services.; - An RPCS driver installed on a point and print client will have no custom icons. This only happens if the RPCS driver is installed by using the "New Driver" button on the server.; - Auto-created printers' printing preferences settings will be reset to default after the user logs off from a MetaFrame session.; - Characters in printed PDF documents might overlap.; Note: This problem is known to affect Adobe Acrobat version 7.05 or later and Illustrator version 11.0.; - Documents might be stored on the document server as "PRINTxxxx".; - If balance adjustments (Brightness, Contrast, Saturation or Color balance) are changed from the default values, parts of a page might not be printed (varies by application).; - In a multi-monitor environment, radiobuttons might no longer be selectable if dragged between monitors.; - Issues printing transparencies from applications such as AutoCAD and PowerPoint.; - Job types that need a User ID will either fail to be stored or will be stored with a User ID of "?". This only affects drivers installed by Point & Print.; - Jobs sent to drivers that were installed by Point and Print take some time to spool.; - Partial loss of images from 600dpi print outs.; - Print Settings might return to default if the Printer Properties window is opened and closed repeatedly.; - Print Quality settings might be lost if multiple logical printers of the same driver are installed via Point & Print.; - Printing at 300dpi with Print as bitmap, parallel lines might be printed out of alignment or with unequal line widths.; - Printing from DeskTopBinder with an RPCS driver might causes an application error that forces DeskTopBinder to close. This only occurs if Advanced Printing Features are enabled.; - Regular typeface might appear to have been printed in bold.; - Some image objects might not be printed or might be printed transparently. This problem is known to affect AutoCAD.; - Some settings may not be inherited correctly after updating an older version of the RPCS driver to a newer one.; - Lines and objects that are not displayed in the application might be printed. This only occurs if the job load is shifted to the printer.; - The Accessories tab does not have a Cancel button the first time it is opened.; - The Print Priority setting has no effect on resolution settings after they have been restored from an RST file.; - The Properties window of drivers installed by Point and Print take longer to open than drivers installed manually. This problem is known to affect Windows XP SP2 and Windows Server 2003.; - Users may be prompted to configure Accessory settings when they try to print, if bidirectional support is disabled. This only happens on Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4.

Version 6.64

1) The following items have been supported.: - "Job Type", "Overlay", "Save/Restore Settings", and "Chaptering" via a Terminal Server session.
2) The following items have been fixed.: - If the tray runs out of paper in the middle of a print job, the printer will not switch to another tray, even if another appropriate tray exists.; This only happens when a specific tray has been assigned as the paper source for the first page and other all subsequent pages are configured with auto tray select as the paper source.; - Improved reliability when printing documents which contain large amount of image data or 16 color bitmap.; - Some letters(text) of the same color, may be printed in different colors if printed from Acrobat5.0.; - Some pages may not be printed if all 3 of the following conditions are met:; - Lines and objects might not be printed correctly if the document contains pages of mixed orientations.; - The ends of curved lines that form partial circles will be rounded in the printout even though they are square on the screen.; - If a job is sent to the printer and the job name contains more than 110 bytes, an application error may occur.; - When printing from Adobe Acrobat, unnecessary lines may be printed.; - When printing a large amount of image data, the application shuts down.; - Fine dotted lines are printed as solid lines if the print resolution is "300dpi".
3) Others: - New information added to the '(3)Limitation/Notes in printing' section of the Readme:'* Changing the printer name will reset all information registered for the custom setting icon.'; - Added CAT (Catalog) files which were released from Microsoft (WHQL).
